Foreclosure

(Courthouse Steps)

Foreclosure/Trustee auctions are usually held on the courthouse steps, or another designated location. You must be on site to bid, there is no online bidding option. 

Online Only

Online bidding will be available on auctionnetwork.com, usually running for 2-3 days. You can bid the current asking price, or you can place a Max Bid and the system will automatically raise your bid to your Max Bid when others bid against you.

Live from
the Lawn

A live auctioneer will be on site, usually at the property or a nearby location. Bidders can register and bid on site. Online bidding will also be available during the live auction.
